I’m Julia Angelen Joy. I’m a Rebel PR Strategist.

I fell in love with PR when I interned for an entertainment agency in Los Angeles. From there, I grew into corporate and agency positions, always developing my passion for creating cultures of communication.
Managing public relations, social media, digital marketing, and media outreach programs, I work to implement plans, programs, and strategies that grow communications from the inside out – which has a profound effect on all aspects of an organization. In addition to public relations strategies, I give meaningful advice on the myriad of marketing issues that executive leaders are bombarded with and ensure that clients make a great impression the first (and every time) they meet with the public – in any forum, during any transaction, on any platform.
My MBA and extensive business experience allow me to offer solutions that positively impact the organizations I work with, as well as the communities they impact. Using measurable goals to tie communications programs to desired results, I am an advisor and a strategic partner, ensuring that marketing objectives are met.
I have consulted with over 100 clients, expanding communications, defining brands, connecting external audiences, and increasing profitability. My motto – everything you say and everything you do is Public Relations – reflects my comprehensive approach to meeting communication needs.
